"Good bkfst Good rooftop Staff helpful The only downside is location-sketchy neighborhood"

"Upon checkin we enjoyed complimentary coffee and sparkling wine. We were warmly greeted by each of the staff, who also helped us book a taxi. We enjoyed excellent service!!"

"Im grossen und ganzen ein sauberes Hotel mit einem sehr netten Personal."

"I've learned over this post 2-weeks that there is a spoken or unspoken practice in Europe of putting Expedia clients into the worst rooms available. No matter the adjustment to the thermostat, it was always cold. The shower flooded due to a poor seal the bathroom meaning you used 3/4 of the towels to dam the water. The bathroom door dragged on the floor making it impossible to close or fully open. And as always, last room at the end of the hall so constant housekeeping made sleeping in...

"Staff were very helpful and efficient in keeping our bags before and after check-in. Room was clean and comfortable, although smaller than I'm used to. Beautiful large bathroom. Can't wait to stay there again!"

"The most friendly staff. Helpful at every opportunity. Clean large rooms especially for Europe! Great ..no, excellent breakfast!! Great location. Walked to most places. We would stay here again without looking any farther."
