"I had a great stay at this hotel! The room was clean, comfortable, and everything was very well maintained. The staff were friendly and made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable.

"Wir hatten ein Deluxe Zimmer, was auch zu empfehlen ist, da es sonst eng werden könnte. Das Badezimmer war tatsächlich ziemlich klein, hat aber gut ausgereicht. Das Personal stand rund um die Uhr zur Verfügung und hat vor allem beim Frühstück und Essen generell sehr schnell geholfen und war wirklich sehr nett.
Es ist kein Frühstücksbuffet, sondern a la carte. Die Auswahl war aber reichlich und uns hat es sehr gefallen. "

"Lovely room (premier room) except pillows were foam and the foam was lumpy but worst of all was the noise from i think the heating. We turned the air con off so it wasn't that but whatever it was it ruined our sleep (only there one night so didn't ask for a room change).
Location is great, staff very helpful, nice touches in the room such as chocolate, crisps pepsi, dressing gown and slippers. Dove branded toiletries which were lovely.
Would definitely stay here again providing i had a quiet...
