"We stayed at Jo's 5 nights and it was perfect ! We were two friends, and each had our own bed, one big bedroom, and one mezzanine bed in the leaving room. Lot of space to put our own stuff, and Jo generously let us use all of her stuff :) Being in her own flat gives a very appreciated homey vibe, and the little garden is a must with sunny weather ! Jo is super welcoming and has tons of good adresses ! Thank you again for the easy and great stay !"

"Property was in excellent condition. Great wrap around views for balcony, furnished to high standard, excellent amenities and everything you needed for a short stay However internet did not work, no airconditioning or access to open windows making the night very uncomfortably hot. You can tell it’s recently built as there’s lots of snags ie patio doors, lift not working, loose patio tiles. "

"This studio flat ticked all the boxes for me. It was well located on a main road, near plenty of shops and restaurants (including the excellent Camberwell Arms almost next door) and the host works nearby. The flat itself was exactly as described - a comfortable bed, good bathroom, kitchen facilities, wifi and TV. A second chair around the small table would be ideal, but that's not going to put us off going back again."

"It had room to sleep 6 with 4 beds which was good for us. The price was very good and everything worked. It was 3 blocks from the metro Brockley station which was excellent and had a grocery store nearby. Unfortunately the apartment was lived in and was cluttered, in need of renovation and cleaning."

"Sitting on the pavement for an hour at 1am. Great relief when an uber arrived to take us to an alternative flat, but it was smelly and miserable. We can sleep anywhere so we did not let it ruin our holiday, but it was not pleasant."

"The location is great (10 min walk from the train station or 15 min from a metro station). Amenities are close by for shopping (at the metro station). Beds, towels, sheets, TV and internet, everything was perfect. The apartement was very clean and the environment was calm and pleasant The inconvenients : The apartment is rented for 6 people but there are only 4 chairs... and the kitchen equipment is undersized for a family (only 6 forks/knives/spoons, pots and pans which do not allow cooking...

"Prompt friendly responsive host who offered us an early check in and late checkout. Croissants and OJ welcomed us on our arrival. Apartment was clean and secure and easily accessible. Good size for 4 people. Walk from Kennington tube station is faster and nicer through the suburb otherwise follow Jonnie’s instructions to catch bus from Elephant and Castle"
