"Property is inside an apartment complex very hard to find. The person with the key doesn't answer the phone. The property is clean however the uber service doesnt pick people inside that complex you need to walk about 3 blocks to the main street mind you 1 block is in constructions right in front of this place you have to walk over rocks and dust with your luggage. "I received great service. Entire staff was beyond helpful even with the language barrier at times. From the front desk to the house keepers. Very polite and well mannered. I would recommend staying here again and again. Safe, friendly, clean. I even accidentally left my door wide open one day and was gone the entire day. Nothing was disturbed. Walking distance to stores. Excursions pick you up right in front of the building. It gets no better."

"I had a pillow in the room that was dirty upon arrival. I placed it to the side so the pillowcase would get changed the following day. That did not happen. It kept getting placed back on the bed with the dirty side up. Food was disappointing except for the hibachi. Service was not great except for the Italian restaurant. Pool was nice."
