Cozy Studio w Loft fully recovered that retains the original character of the construction with an attractive combination of modern and traditional style. It has a bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed in the living room and bathroom. It has a large living room with television and solarium patio. Location in a quiet but not isolated area, ideal to comfortably visit the island and enjoy the quiet life of the town. The Villa of Teguise is the old capital of the island since the XV cycle and the first urban center of Canárias. This picturesque town with cobbled streets is considered historical heritage and is located in the center of the Island, just 6.5km from the spectacular Famara beach and about 220m above sea level, which makes it the spot Perfect for practicing delta, paragliding, mountain biking, trekking, kitesurfing, surfing, standup paddle, etc. In general, the beauty and grandeur of this corner of the island, make a strong impression on the visitor. In a few minutes you can also reach the tourist area of Costa Teguise where you can find a wide variety of leisure activities, restaurants, beaches, golf, etc.

Schöne Wohnung mit Potential. Top Lage in der Altstadt von Tequise mit Parkplatz vor dem Haus.Leider kein SAT TV wie angegeben sondern nur Internet TV (movit, mit Möglichkeit für Pay TV.) Daher nur Spanische Sender, was uns etwas geärgert hat.Wohnung selber sehr spartanisch und teilweise abgewohnt, daher für Langzeitaufenthalt nur bedingt zu empfehlen.

Lovely accommodation on a cobbled street in the centre of the village. Very clean and well equipped with a lovely private terrace off the bedroom. Would love to return in the future .

Would definitely recommend Luana and Teguise if you are looking for somewhere quiet and authentic, loved the balcony and hammock, nice walk up to the castle and also highly recommend walking over the tracks to Lagomar for a mojito

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Appartment. Es liegt sehr zentral in Teguise, aber trotzdem ruhig. Es ist sehr schön eingerichtet, sehr sauber. Vermieter ist sehr nett.

Great Location.

The apartment was neat and clean located close to the centre with easy parking and easy access to the local restaurants. Bruno was helpful and accessible if required.. The accommodation was well equipped and comfortable but the bedroom really needed a wardrobe for hanging clothes since the lack of one meant we had to drape clothes over chests and bannisters. A full length mirror would have been nice too.The spiral staircase would not be good for anyone with mobility issues. Overall we had a great stay and a wardrobe and mirror in the bedroom would have earned it an extra star rating.

Everything we could of dreamed of. Our beautiful apartment made our stay so enjoyable in Lanzarote.

We found this gem after being let down short notice from another site and we will never want to stay anwhere else in Lanzarote, now we have found Luana Loft. Situated in the beautiful town of Teguise, down one of the many cobbled roads & rustic painted shutters on white painted houses, you really feel at home here as everyone is so friendly and such a fun atmosphere, especially on Sundays, market day ! The apartment is beautifully decorated & the roof terrace off the bedroom really makes it something special. Enjoying the morning sun & fresh coffee or relaxing in the hammock provided ! No problems with parking right outside the front door everyday & the kitchen is well equipped if you decide you want to self cater. We could not recommend this apartment enough. Although not too much as we want to make sure it's available for our return !!!!! Ha.. Thank you Luana for making us feel so welcome & one of the locals ! Looking forward to next time : )
