"Great value for the price. The hotel is located on a quiet street, but still within easy walking distance of convenience stores, a subway station, and several attractions, including the government building.

"We stayed at the other location in Shimokitazawa last time we visited, and although the Shinjuku location is nice it is definitely a step below. The onsen was very busy, and a lot of people who seemed less likely to follow the onsen "rules" (brining phones inside, not washing before entering pool, etc). The elevators are very slow, and I found the room layout not very functional (we've stayed in small rooms before, this one was small and felt like the choices prioritized "design" or looking good...
