"O quarto é pequeno, mas dentro do esperado para Tokyo. É bem localizado, com comércio, restaurantes, konbinis perto. Tem uma estação de metrô a 5 minutos a pé, ma a de Shinjuku mesmo fica a uns 15 min de distância pelo menos. Os funcionários foram todos educados, mas não houve nenhum tipo de flexibilidade para check-in mais cedo ou check-out mais tarde. Pedimos 15 minutos pra finalizar as malas e disseram que seria cobrara uma taxa. Pudemos deixar as malas para passear após o check-out mas elas...

"飲料用の氷サーバーが各階にあり、便利でしたが、水差しポットの丈が長くて氷サーバーにハマらず、氷が受けに溜まっていた。サーバーの氷受け用のボールを設置すべきです。 お部屋は広くて綺麗で快適でした。無料シャトルバスが客数に対して少ない気がしました。 チェックイン前にセルフで無料で荷物を預けられてとても便利だった。 ローソンがホテル内にあったが、外のコンビニより少し高かった。 ランドリーも自室テレビから空き状況が確認できてすごいと思いました。"

"Hotel is in a very good location for shopping, eating and train ride. It provides free shuttle to Tokyo Disney/Sea and has bus service to Haneda airport (for a minimal fee). It’s very clean, excellent amenities; very well maintained property! I didn’t like how the bathroom was setup; toilet and shower were in separate rooms! We enjoyes our stay and will stay there again."

"Delicious breakfast. Good location in a quiet area of Shinjuku, although around 15 minutes walk to the closest metro station. One of the best bakeries in town, with plenty of vegan options, all excellent. We stayed there al the beginning of our trip and went back when we returned to Tokyo the last days of our trip."

"The hotel is perfectly situated for travelling around Tokyo located on undergeound passage immediately beside Sinjuku Station. However there seems to be a miscommunication link between third-padrty agencies auch as Expedia and the hotels in Japan, in particular when booking a room as a family and the definition of children. Expedia accepts booking one room to accommodate children up to a certain age. For example in my case 2 adults and 2 children ages 16 and 13. Meanwhile Japanese hotels only...

"One of the best hotel stays I’ve ever had. The staff are all so kind, welcoming and ready to accommodate. If you’re the type that just likes to relax at their hotel when on a trip, this stay is perfect because everything you could possibly need is on site! There’s even a convenience store in the hotel. I seriously can’t even put into words how great this stay was. Close to subway for easy travel. Always Uber’s and taxis on site for immediate need. I could go on and on."

"The hotel meet the standards. Great size rooms and pool amenity. Walking distance to Monorail across the street. We are a family of 4, with a 9 and 6 year old. During booking we had to go with 2 regula (double) beds and 2 kids beds. I emailed reservations to request bed arrangements and they accommodated the request. We could very easily have done without the 2 kids beds but it was required. We did light laundry once. Super cheap, but make sure you have plenty of time for the dryer. I split my...
