"Very nice staff, great location, tons of restaurants/food places, convenient store in building and across the court yard. Rooms were big, comfortable, clean. Bathrooms was a good size with a lot of space, separated toilet from shower and vanity area, large seated area in front of windows."

"Everything about the hotel end of things was awesome. The shopping mall adjoining it opens up later (11:00am) and closes early too (21:00) there’s a Lawson’s a block away and a minister on the lobby same level as the lobby but options do become thin."

"There was a bus from HND straight to hotels in Shinjyuku including this hotel. The first 3 floors are mall with restaurants & Anytime Fitness!! (If you are a member in USA, you can use the (physical) purple key!! If you are familiar with checking in with kiosk it is quick. Room is not big, but enough room. Bed was firmer side, but very comfortable. Bathroom is small, but efficient. "
