"This is a big hotel, so it tends to get dirty pretty quickly. The common area to eat a meal, for example, got dirty a bit. Also, the public bath gets a lot of traffic, so it gets dirty too. I believe they could use more help in keeping it clean, as this was the second APA Hotel I stayed out. The view was great from our room, but you can't open the window at all, so you have to open the door, so you can get some fresh air, as the rooms are quite small. "Very convenient from the airport 10 minutes walk. We arrived midnight and we're helped right away. No hassle at all. Staff very friendly"

"Lovely hotel, with a modern warm aesthetic vibe and great location. Staff were very welcoming, accommodating and helpful. Breakfast had great variety along with quality and nice restaurant and bakery facilities. Very pleased with experience."

"Rooms are extremely small. The bathroom had mold on the shower and it’s extra extra small. Convenient basic hotel. About 15 min walk to Shinjuku station. Got mixed information depending on who you asked on the shipping of our bags which might’ve caused us to miss the window of shipping. Always double check. Not a fan of the pillows or the AC."

"Everything in the hotel was perfect"

"Excellent room, good size for 3 people, good utilities, good location."

"Very impressed. The staff was helpful and kind and had an enjoyable stay"

"Great location! Within minutes of numerous restaurants and bars and a shopping center. Also, two minutes from Airport Limousine bus drop off/pick up point and from train station. Staff service throughout was excellent. Room is a bit small, standard for Japan, but clean and convenient. I will stay here again."

"Very clean"

"This business hotel was conveniently located in the quieter west side of bustling hub city of Shinjuku, providing access to many major trains and subways. It was also great for shopping and great affordable dining. The room was clean and useful though it was rather tight for a couple of adults. Overall, we enjoyed the hotel and stay here again."

"Clean room, quiet, good WiFi access, comfortable bed."
