"This hotel was absolutely stunning and in a perfect location. The staff members were so delightful, but there is a real issue with getting the room serviced. We were told that we would get towels and trash removal daily, but we were scheduled to have the room cleaned on only one out of our six night stay stay. "My wife and two daughters spent four days here. A deluxe twin room for three people. They said it was in the perfect location close enough to everything but on a quiet street. Loved the free coffee and donuts. They were really happy with their stay and I guess I would recommend it. I was home working while they were here."

"Great location if you like a shopping district. Felt safe and it’s a nice area. Big hotel feels. Easy check in, check out and breakfast at hotel (quick breakfast or the buffet one). Comfiest bed we had at Japan hotels. Our only note is that the room is NYC efficient (more on the smaller size). If you have extra luggage you’ll be stumbling with it. The staff helped us get a taxi to the airport and helped us throughout the stay. "

"Custo e benefício é bom, sua localização é boa, fique perto do centro de Shinjuku. O quarto é bem pequeno, não tem vista p rua, limpeza precária, um dia sim e um dia não. Café da manhã simples. Fui atendida pela turma noturna, não gostei do atendimento. Fiz a reserva pelo Hotel.com e pela reserva já está incluso todos os impostos da estadia, mas o hotel ainda me cobrou 100 iene japones por dia do imposto do estado de Tokyo, diz q é obrigatório ."
