"The recently renovated hotel rooms were a great improvement from my stay 2 years prior. Great service. The staff was accommodating in changing our room immediately due to the unpleasant odor in our 1st room. The amenities were great with minor flaws to the laundry facility & small gym. Overall a great location & hotel for future repeat stay."

"Would stay here again! Cannot beat the location at all. Yes the room walls had lots of scratches, likely due to everyone’s suitcases rubbing on the walls. However, overall room was comfortable and clean. I was on the second floor and found it to be a good experience. The beds are more on the firm side, but I prefer that. The pillows were actually very perfect and I’m a side sleeper. I loved being able to grab records from the front and play them in my room while I got ready to head out for...

"The rooms were nice and very clean and well maintained.
However, the staff was less than helpful. I found the concierges not to be knowledgeable and even had quite a bit of trouble speaking English in such an International Hotel. We often had to find our own recommendations for restaurants and even book them because they seem to be either unwilling or unable to meet our needs.
