"The room at the Hotel Niwa was clean and beautifullly decorated in a manor that catered to traditional Japanese style and simplicity with western comforts also in mind. This was exactly what we had been looking for in a Japanese stay during our holiday. The staff were very helpful and we were delighted to learn about the manager's production of delicious local honey in the hotel. The gardens and internal courtyard were an authentic and restful touch that we could experience from the restaurant."

"Location amazing short walk to the train station where you can travel to anywhere. Hotel was spotless and the room was very spacious. Staff were all outstanding from the sky view bar to the breakfast buffet and the concierge absolutely everyone was amazing. To sum it up definitely coming back to this hotel without doubt. First time visitor to Japan and this hotel made the whole experience so good warm and welcoming. The Glass buffet chefs in the morning my favourites so happy and always a good...

"The room is well furnished and the female checkin staff was quite helpful and her English was good. The place is quieter from the opposite side of the road which is nearer to the train station. Overall it was a good experience. We were given only two bottles of mineral water for the 7 day stay."

"*solo traveler* this place is great quite clean and close to a train station that can take you to major spots around Tokyo and further the only warning I’d give is that the building controls the AC so if you are expecting to flip between hot and cold that’s not going to happen it all depends on what’s the weather like so if it’s hot you’ll be getting the cold setting and if it’s cold and you want it cold your best bet is to crack the window open or turn off the ac and deal with it so be warned "

"Really great property. Please keep in mind it is a business hotel so the rooms are fairly small! We were still generally comfortable especially being able to put our suitcases under the bed, but yeah definitely smaller than the average hotel room so just keep that in mind. Despite the small room size, I loved that we could do so much with the tv in our room. Any question we had usually could be answered on our TV. We also washed clothes on site and we could use the TV to see how much time was...
