"Great location and not too far from the main hub. 10 min walk to shinjuku station or 1 min walk to okubo if you are in a hurry. Local restaurants and convenience stores within feet of the location. Love the washer and dryer in the unit that is included with the stay. No complaints at all. First floor unit was a bonus for us with 4 luggage. A bit small compared to other places we’ve stayed but it was expected.
Overall a great place. Zero complaints."

"Beautiful room, mid century modern motif, in a quieter part of town but just across the street from the shinjuku-sanchome station, and around the corner from a 7-eleven. All you need for a great Tokyo trip!"

"We booked for a group of 8 adults and a toddler for 3 nights. It was a nice change from tiny hotel rooms! Each floor has its own bathroom, kitchen, king bed, sofas, and Japanese style sleeping mats. Each floor also has a washer/dryer and projector screen. Very spacious! It was also very clean, including the outdoor spaces. Check in and check out were a breeze. The quiet location was great. There are a lot of restaurants, convenience stores, and shopping within 5 minutes. The subway station is...
