"There are sanitary issues. I heard and saw rats. There were bunch of trash bags by an entrance. A bathroom had very strong smells. I had to leave there in the second day. The owner didn’t reply and fix problems. "

Everything in the room worked, was clean and were in good condition.
Great location with lots of restaurants in the area and easy walking distance to a couple of the major train lines so you can explore Tokyo.

"The check in was so smooth and the staff was professional and polite. The room itself was perfect and was clean and well taken care of . "Nice clean comfy stay! Room was slightly small for 2 big lugagge but still able to accommodate and move around. Location is abit further from the train station (Tochomae) and quite a far walk (20mins) to Shinjuku main station. Really quiet neighbourhood across the park. Very nice bakery for breakfast options and decent coffee too. Only thing lacking was the number of power sockets available in the room for charging devices."
