The transit system in place made this the easiest way to get around to each park and to IKSPIARI, Tokyo Disneyland and Disney Sea. Not everyone spoke English but there are at least a few people on their staff who do; we did not have any issues. The entire hotel and our room was very clean. There is a 7-11 below the hotel which was extremely convenient. There are two subway stations within walking distance, and many restaurants and shops within walking distance.
