"We had a fantastic stay at Mitsui Garden Hotel in Yokohama. The room was super spacious, clean and modern. The beds were comfortable, the amenities were great and the views were beautiful. The staff were incredibly polite and helpful throughout our stay and the hotel had a nice calm, luxury feeling to it. The facilities were excellent and everything felt very well maintained. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Yokohama!"

"The cleaning in my room was inconsistent. The area for putting my toiletries and tea items was limited. And I understand that my items were untidy. But most hotels still manage to clean up and tidy a guest’s belonging while maintaining a professional attitude and sense of security. "This was the perfect hotel to stay at during our first trip to Tokyo. The location: perfectly situated in Shinjuku across from the Metropolitan Government Building. Quiet yet located steps from the station and a plethora of shops. The hotel: excellent service, clean and efficient rooms, and good quality beds and pillows. Shopping: excellent shops a few minutes walk and easy access to trains and subways and taxi. Definitely recommend this hotel. "
