"Great location in SHINJUKU but I won’t recommend staying in this area with small kids as it’s the “red light district” of Tokyo. But if you are an adult it is perfect, very clean and super safe and close trains limousine buses to the airport, restaurants and convenience stores. "

"Great location. There are a lot of APA hotels in the area so anyone is fine. I chose one with an onsen which this one had and it was awesome. There was on onsen inside and one outside. The hotel has a south and Main building long we were in the South but the onsen is in the main but it just a corridor away (you do have to walk outside for 10 sec though. Overall a great location and a great stay. "

"I liked that it was within walking distance to a train station which made it easy to travel through Tokyo. Amenities were self service they even had face masks, toothpaste, packets of sun screen among other things. The rooms are small but that is the expected, good value."

"The staff and facilities were great. The attached restaurant where I could use the meal vouchers was excellent. The bathroom was very small and a bit challenging for me as a tall person. As an older handicapped person, It would have been nice to have an assistance bar near the toilet to help step up into the bathroom as well as get up from the toilet. More hangers would be nice and some drawers for small clothing items for those with longer stays so luggage can be stowed all the time would be...
