"The hotel was very clean, the staff were helpful and friendly. It was close to a bakery, 7-11, and Family Mart. It is a great location and within walking distance to Shibuya and the M line subway. "

"Das Badezimmer hat an eine Plastikkabine auf einem Kreuzfahrtschiff erinnert, deren Armaturen noch nie einen Kalkreiniger gesehen haben. Zimmer war an sich geräumig und auch okay sauber, aber schon sehr abgewohnt. Das Hotel ist riesig und es sind Massen an Menschen dort unterwegs. Alles wirkt etwas unkoordiniert und chaotisch. Für den Preis vollkommen überteuert, auch wenn die Lage sehr gut ist. Immerhin gibt’s einen sehr schönen 7-11 im Keller und der Bus zum Flughafen fährt direkt dort ab. "

"Booked the Premier 2 twin beds. Room was reasonably spacious and the view was incredible! We had an issue with our safe and the staff promptly repaired it the next morning. They even provided a note that they had completed it when we came back from our room.
Beds were comfortable and they even have a speaker in the room. The vending machines, ice machine and laundry in one room on the 20th floor (can't remember the exact floor number). If your room does not have a microwave, the front desk can...

"Very clean. The staff was very polite & I’d definitely stay again. Everything (shops, local 7-11 for conveniences & ATM on site) was in close proximity. "
