"Central Shinjuku in the middle of ‘crazy zone’! 😅😅😅 near the subway, shopping, tons of restaurants and bars. Very touristy though."

"チェックイン時の案内の無さには驚きました。スタッフが少ないのか、どこに並べば良いかわからずに不安のまま並んでいました。 また、主に外国人観光客の民度の低さにも辟易しました。 とにかくスタッフ数が不足しているのか、ウェルカムラウンジも散らかっており、とても利用する気にはなれませんでした。 リーズナブルな価格ですが、やはりそれなりといった印象です。今後の利用は控えようと思います。"

"とても綺麗なホテルです。 部屋にピッチャーが置いてあり、フロアにある給水室でいつでも給水や氷を入れられるのはとても有り難かったです。 1Fにあるローソンの食べ物の品揃えが多く驚きました。 2泊3日の朝食付きで利用させて頂き、朝食はどれも美味しかったです。 ただ2日連続全く同じメニューだったのが少し残念でした...が、総合的にとても満足なのでまた利用したいです！ 素敵な家族旅行になりました。ありがとうございました。"

"We are two girls travelling from Australia to Japan and had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was cleaned daily, and the staff were always friendly, helpful, and happy to answer any questions we had. During our trip, a typhoon passed through the area, and the hotel kindly provided umbrellas for guests.
