The hotel itself is beautiful and very comfortable, and its unbeatable proximity to both DisneySea and Disneyland makes it an outstanding choice. The cherry on top was access to a day-use onsen at a neighboring hotel. Highly recommended!"

"The hotel is located on a busy road in Kyoto but once you enter the hotel the noise and congestion of the street disappears. The rooms are very modern with a Japanese theme. There is a laundry room in the basement with 4 or 5 machines but they fill very quickly. Unless you’re willing to get up early it maybe difficult to wash your clothes. "The pictures we saw when booking the hotel didn’t match the actual hotel or our rooms. The rooms were outdated and had mold everywhere. Our sink had a crack, and the shower curtain wasn’t clean. The location was convenient and safe, but it was also very crowded. Not recommended."

"The room was clean but there was not much room to put any luggage. The staff was all very nice and the area is very walkable despite not being central. I wish the amenities like the bar downstairs was open later. "
