"The room size is what you should expect while traveling in Tokyo. It was just right, having enough room for two large suitcases (we stacked ours on top of each other) and being able to move freely about the space. The view was spectacular and the cleanliness and friendly staff made this stay great. I am a shower and water pressure junkie - and the bathroom and shower were the standouts in this hotel. "チェックイン時の案内の無さには驚きました。スタッフが少ないのか、どこに並べば良いかわからずに不安のまま並んでいました。 また、主に外国人観光客の民度の低さにも辟易しました。 とにかくスタッフ数が不足しているのか、ウェルカムラウンジも散らかっており、とても利用する気にはなれませんでした。 リーズナブルな価格ですが、やはりそれなりといった印象です。今後の利用は控えようと思います。"

"If you are looking for a place thats more quiet and further from the crowds this is the best location. The rooms are great, breakfast buffet is great, and its conveniently next to a train station. Laundry room is super easy to use and no need to buy extra detergents to use either. 2nd time staying here and will definitely be booking for my next trip to japan."

"Pros: right next to the Seibu-Shinjuku train station which had a Starbucks and Krispy Kreme. Also right across the street for several little restaurants, McDonalds and a 7-Eleven. The staff were friendly and helpful. Cons: there was very limited storage (eg no closets, drawers) for our clothes. There was an open clothes rack with hangers but we just ended up keeping things in our suitcase. The shower curtain didn’t extend all the way around the tub so we’d have to use our towels to soak up the...
