"Not a bad hotel, but the room was VERY small. We found it quite a struggle with our family of 3 with the 3 seperate beds - not much room to move around and the bathroom was INCREDIBLY small. Location was good, but was a bit of walk to main area of Shinjuku. Highlight was the Lawsons Konbini downstairs."

"Room was clean, staff was friendly. I didn't like the hotel itself. Forced housekeeping even though I didn't want it and rooms were very humid. No dehumidifier in the room so everything always felt damp. Hallways and elevators not really air conditioned. The only way to keep the AC and lights on is with the keycard in a slot by the entrance of the door so if we wanted to come back to a cool room, we needed to leave a key in the room."
