"Great place for our stay in Barcelona. Everything is within walking distance, restaurants, food stores, metro. Great fun walking to the beach for the sunrise over Barcelona. As was noted in other reviews it is a four story house so there are a lot of stairs but it was not a problem for us. May be an issue if you have a car because parking was at a premium but we used the metro everywhere we went. I would recommend this place and the area of Barceloneta for a stay in Barcelona."

"Place was very nice. Wouldn’t have stayed if we knew there was no lift. Lifting our baggage up those stairs was terrible. Location was good. Close to tapas bars and public transport. Sink plug leaks."

"The house is exactly as described, with a lovely little patio garden just inside the private gate, and a great rooftop terrace filled with a wonderful variety of plants. The kitchen is well equipped. The owner was very helpful and hospitable. Many stores, restaurants, bakeries and bars within easy walking distance, as well as the beach. I would love to stay here again!"

"We chose this property as it is close to my friends appartment and we were visiting for Xmas. We loved the area and it is very convenient for getting all over Barcelona. The flat is very basic and quite clean, although the blankets smelt sour so we did not use them. The flat in general could do with a bit more love and attention. The front door does not stay locked unless you double lock the chub lock. No hooks to hang wet towels on, the pillows were not comfortable and only 1 towel per person...

"Location doesn’t get any better. This apartment is beautifully decorated… fully equipped kitchen, beds are firm. Smart TV for all types of programs. Charge for internet service.. Restaurants and shopping only minutes away. Large grocery store directly across the street(lower floor of department store.) Highly recommend this apartment."
