"There are no garbage baskets anywhere. No toilet paper, no soap. you have to share the bathroom. We have to clean the bathroom and shower every time we use it. No cleaning supplies or paper towels to clean it. We have other guests complaining to us for using a bathroom that was at front of our room. So we had to use a different bathroom and it was share with other guests. Not a good experience."

"This is a truly adorable place. I absolutely loved the little kitchen and spent a lot of time in there. Sarah is a wonderful host that went above and beyond to help our stay be comfortable. Five of use stayed here, which is probably the maximum amount of people that could be comfortable. 3 adults and 2 teenagers. "The Position was excellent but the rest was poor. It was a 3 bedroom home described as beautiful and supposedly with 2 bathrooms. Only one bathroom containing a bath and separate shower.For two couples it was totally inadequate. Not enough room for people to relax. No dining facility. Very cramped kitchen. The entrance smelled of mould and generally very dirty throughout. Could not possibly recommend. The description on Expedia could not possibly be more wrong."

"Overall rating of 4 stars (good but not great). Very small but clean and neat. Check in should have been better. Property manager texted us oon our way from the airport on how to get in but never came over face to face to explain how everything worked (no instructions in apartment). Never got the heating radiator to turn off and had to sleep with the windows open because of the heat. Also never figured out how to get the TV to turn on and work. "Clean, easy check in, great communication, good size accommodation.This is in an absolute ideal location we spent the weekend here for Coldplay and used the Great Portland Street tube stop 9 minute walk or less and 3/4 stops from Wembley Park and easy access to everywhere in London. "

"Communication with host was excellent. Nick responded very quickly and provided many suggestions for local sites and restaurants which was so helpful. The home was lovely with nicely updated bathrooms. It would be nice to have a few games and a couple throw blankets to use in the family room. "
