"We wanted a charming and cosy hotel, something spesial and it was perfect! Just what we was looking for, with a livingroom were we could have a drink and read a book in the evening. The food in the restaurant was realy good, and also included canarian spesialities."

"Der Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gefallen. Alles gut ausgestattet und auf einem modernen Stand der Technik. Die Anlage befindet sich in der Einflugschneise vom Flughafen. Uns hat es persönlich nicht gestört. Ganz im Gegenteil. Es war ziemlich cool. Alles in allem werden wir diese Unterkunft beim nächsten Besuch wieder buchen"

"Alojamiento cómodo y con buena relación calidad precio. Nos alojamos en la habitación con cocina privada y baño compartido. Los baños siempre estaban limpios y el alojamiento en general también. Cami nos dio la mejor bienvenida con mucha simpatía y profesionalidad. Un servicio 10/10 de su parte. "

"Brilliant hotel for families in a great location.
Staff were lovely and helpful.
Only downside was that the baby slides are for babies and the bigger slides should be for 4years + not 120cm!
We only had one lifeguard refuse my 5 year old on our last day, the others allowed all kids on the slides otherwise the holiday would have been spoiled.
Siam park allows 110cm for slides 5 times the size!
Apart from that, great resort!"

"This is the second time my family and I have stayed at the hotel, and this visit managed to surpass what had already been a wonderful week two years ago. The staff throughout the hotel are absolutely first class - genuinely warm and always courteous. The entire location is immaculate, from the rooms, to the pool area, the restaurants, the bar, reception and the gym. "This was our first time here and we were very impressed. The service, food and facilities were great. We were particularly impressed by the number of activities, it meant we were never bored. Lots of great staff but a special mention to Pedro, Mario and Bruno for keeping us entertained."

"It is a small boutique hotel where all employees going well above and beyond while taking care of the guests. From hotel reception (Victoria helped us a lot) to serving staff of the signature restaurant - everybody was about guests. "
