"The bathroom could have been cleaner and the drain didn't work (had to lift up the cap to get the water to drain). Was a little confusing as to how to drive into the hotel parking. Shuttle service was great to Disneyland. Wouldn't stay there again."

"The thermostat was broken. Room like an icebox. Turned off air conditioner, no heat. Called front desk no pickup. No pickup from any staff. No soap in room. Will not stay here again. Not really quality of a doubletree hotel chain. Bringing the name down."

"Room is too small bed mattress was really bad air-conditioning had to be on 62 otherwise will turn off"

"The hotel is very centrally located and super close to the heart of the town. Easy to get on the public transport and get to where I needed to be, and also had a garage with in and out privileges - more expensive than other garages but I didn’t have to worry about my car. The room was beautiful on the 39th floor with an amazing view of the city and the bay - I loved it. Really spacious and the bed was so comfortable."

"Convenient location, expensive valet for car (my opinion)."
