"I only had one night in Rome and UNA did not disappoint. The location is fantastic and a good central point in Trastevere for great sightseeing. There was a bit of a delay getting my room on time but the staff were so lovely, and bought me a cocktail on their rooftop patio while I waited. The room was spacious and modern, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The breakfast was also fantastic, and the views from the rooftop are amazing!"

"Great location, clean rooms, 24-hour staff at the front desk. Located near restaurants and easy walk to the Vatican, St Peter's Basilica and local attractions. Our room was on the street and it was loud until about 2 am (bar across the street). The beds were old (we were sleeping in divots with a large hump in the middle)."

Staff and front desk personnel were so kind, courteous and helpful. The rooms aren’t very large, but they were clean and elegant. They also had a nice self-help laundry facility in the hotel that I wished we’d taken advantage of, before traveling to our next destination.
