"I stayed at the Marissa Hotel in Rome for 1 night. It is right next to the Termi Train station, walkable to many locations, and metro is also located in the train station, and bus hub. Very convenient. It is an old building but has been very well maintained, and clean. Room had confortable beds and good washroom. But my room did not have a window. No big deal as I had access to the breakfast room with tables and chairs, bar. The hotel staff is the standout and star of this hotel. Amazing,...

"Elevator was super slow. Did not make acclimations for us as we needed two twin beds and not a queen as I was traveling with my mother. Staff was very short with me when I made my complaint. Never stay there again."
