"Wir waren im Großen und Ganzen mit dem Hotel sehr zufrieden. Es gab leider zu wenig Stauraum. und wir konnten unsere Sachen nicht verstauen. Ein kleiner Schrank für drei Personen ist zu wenig. Es war sehr sauber. Die Fenster haben keinen Lärm hineingelassen, so dass wir ruhig schlafen konnten. Die Klimaanlage hat gut funktioniert. Frühstück hatte alles was es braucht Personal ist sehr freundlich. Wir würden nochmal hinfahren."

"We were greeted immediately by the front desk staff who kindly checked in our bags to drop off before our room was ready. They suggested things to do in the meantime and were very polite. Being our first time in Rome, this spot was close to the metro and the Leonardo from the airport. The rooftop bar was beautiful and perfect for a drink before going out. The room was bigger than expected, especially compared to others in the area. Overall the say was above what we expected and were very pleased...

"That staff was very helpful and quick to responding on WhatsApp. The area felt very safe with the gated area. The codes were easy to use for the entrance. I also appreciated they would store our luggage early and even held it after our checkout. They also had a bathroom with a shower we could use when we came back after checkout to get our luggage they held for us."

"Location is close to train station and easy to travel to main sites. Its also great for quieter evenings as its outside the core. Highly recommended. Roof top patio is excellent however the service was not as welcoming as the front desk team and morning breakfast servers."

"I was informed when I arrived that my reservation did not include breakfast - which is strange since I always include breakfast. I’m not sure if this was an Expedia issue or a hotel issue, but there was no way to go back and see if it was clearly disclosed that breakfast was not included. It was 3 people so an additional 75euro/breakfast - which did not seem worth it. Breakfast was just OKAY. Upon arrival was told I got a free upgrade - but it wasn’t - it looked exactly like the room I booked....

"The hotel had clearly been renovated, with modern fixtures and design. Breakfast was a great addition. The rooms were very noisy at night, with multiple doors “slamming” in the hallway throughout the late night and early morning. It seemed oddly loud for a hotel that didn’t seem that busy. Also, the hotel advertised a free airport shuttle. However, we had to ask twice to set it up and it ended up being a taxi that then up charged us for not having cash when we got to the airport.
