"Brilliant location, spacious apartment. Secure, safe, accessible (as far as Venice goes). Would stay again. Rooms were great, bathroom and kitchenette/dining area excellent. Only annoying thing was the incessant WhatsApp messages trying to sell tours and trips before our arrival. A couple of the reviews mention parking. There is no parking - it’s Venice! "Waterway entrance is Venice perfection. Our suite was very large and well appointed. Electronic communications were very good and I would recommend you coordinate for water taxi transport to and from the airport. Fabulous!"

"Great location, very quiet and clean. Apartment is spacious and beautifully decorated and furnished. They provided everything we needed, silverware, coffee, pots and cups. Bathrooms have all the necessary toiletry and the showers have a great flow. Building has elevator and the room has amazing air conditioning. Beautiful view of the canal.
