"Hotel is well located to St. Marks square. Shopping and restaurants are abundant. Quiet little pathway. Check-in is with staff across small passage way. Accommodations are dated and basic but location and value offset. Staff is knowledgeable and helpful and breakfast was nice."

"Air conditioning was great, the balcony was a nice addition to our room! Centrally located to major Venice hot spots."

"Beautiful older building. Martino at the front desk was fantastic as were all the other workers we encountered. Slept with window open to keep cool, which was great but bells on every hour can be a little loud so bring earplugs (I’m sure it depends on where room is). There is an elevator but small so we took stairs most of the time. Perfect location!"

"Very well organized. Neat and clean. Located in a central location."

"This was a great spot to stay! The room was quiet and clean. Not far from anything and the caffe on the main floor was incredible!"

"all good"

"Quiet area. Clean rooms/hotel and breakfast was great. Front desk staff great at recommending different restaurants to eat at."

"The Hotel is very well situated and it felt that we were close to everything. The Hotel itself is very clean and very quiet. A great experience. We definitely would return."

"The hotel was beautiful. The view was grand. Breakfast was wonderful."

"Beautiful traditional Venetian decor. The staff was very helpful and kind. The barista and server remembered our morning coffee orders and details about our preferences. Breakfast was delicious. Our family has stayed at this property before and we will return when our travels take us back to Venice. Grazie di tutto!"
