You can not control the heat pump/ac in the room so it’s generally uncomfortable and damp. 1. Upon arrival we were walked from check in to the building our rooms were in. "The major issue with this hotel is NO ELEVATOR, and nobody is offering to help anybody (including women or older people with luggage to carry up or down). The hotel is very old and has no way to have it, but the staff needs to at least offer help. The stairs are tilted, and going to the second floor feels like going to the 4th floor. Bathrooms are also very small."

"Las 2 personas de recepción fueron muy atentas. El único detalle, (que me llamó la atención en muchos otros lugares) es que siendo Italia un país tan turístico y con tanta afluencia latina, sea tan difícil encontrar personal que hable al menos lo mínimo en español.
