"The front desk staff was very helpful, even if the senior property management wasn't. Had booked my reservations through Expedia, and had to move a one night stay up by one day. Hotel had plenty of vacancies and I agreed to pay a high fee. Expedia reached out to the hotel management to request a waiver of the cancellation fee but hotel woud not respond."

"Las 2 personas de recepción fueron muy atentas. El único detalle, (que me llamó la atención en muchos otros lugares) es que siendo Italia un país tan turístico y con tanta afluencia latina, sea tan difícil encontrar personal que hable al menos lo mínimo en español. De todos modos funcionó el inglés. El lugar está muy bien para lo poco que estuvimos. Sólo el baño debería ser revisado, poca fuerza en el inodoro. Paradas de bus y tranvia a pocos metros. "It was fun, overall. The positives definitely outweighed the negatives. The worst thing I could say was that the parking situation was strange and confusing.
