He concierge was also exceptionally helpful with recommendations and even used his own personal credit card to make us a reservation to St Marks Basilica while were out at dinner"

"Very disappointing experience and absolutely not worth the price. The location is excellent and the lobby is beautiful, but unfortunately that is where the positives end. The rooms are shockingly small and feel extremely claustrophobic. The locked windows make the room feel even more confined, with no sense of fresh air or openness. The bathrooms are also tiny no ventilation and uncomfortable. For a hotel carrying the St. Regis name and charging these prices, I expected a completely different...
