"Hotel needs some extensive renovation. Location is great. Stuff very helpful. Bathroom needs renovation. Other than that was ok . We spent only one night but for someone who would like to stay longer the size and condition of the hotel might not serve the purpose. I chose the hotel only for one reason. Our grandson name is Henry. It’s a quite unusual name for hotel so we chose Henry Hotel "

"The hotel and the property were gorgeous. It was a beautiful respite from the crowds of Venice. Concierge was very helpful. Unfortunately, the air conditioner in the room didn’t work during our hot, two night stay. The lights flickered on and off frequently. The maintenance staff tried to fix the air conditioner after the first night with no success. The thermostat beeped incessantly all night after the attempted repair."

"Stylish hotel tastefully decorated in a good location with a good restaurant. Breakfast is excellent. The terrace on our room was huge, we had morning coffee there and wine in the evening after dinner it was perfect. Staff are attentive and friendly and gave us some great information about the water buses and local restaurants. Would absolutely stay again."

"We pick a room with the view of the canal. Opening the windows to see the canal was a relaxing experience, specially in the morning when is only the neighbors walking the dogs and the streets are empty. There is a convenient restaurant in front with a romantic view for a dining in the quiet Canal. There is partner hotel 2 doors from the Arlecchino , and having the option of an American breakfast with eggs in the morning was great after traveling days and missing some eggs at breakfast.. "The property is located in a really handy location near the railway station, taxi piazza and water buses, but down a smaller alley so away from the hectic crowds. Staff were very friendly and accommodating with an early check in and slightly later check out as well as recommendations. Room was a good size and very clean, with a great buffet breakfast offered. Would definitely stay here again!"

"We had a wonderful stay at Carnival Palace. We stayed for 9 nights in the red suite. The staff was extremely helpful in prepping for our stay and we felt right at home. While there they assisted with arranging excursions and promptly attended to all our requests from extra pillows, coffee, etc. In the morning we had a delightful breakfast and the staff did not dissapoint.
