"The location is truly unbeatable, especially if you’re short on time in Venice before flying out. That said, our experience was disappointing given the price point. The AC in our room stopped working, and rather than addressing it that evening, the staff opted to ‘monitor’ it overnight. We had to push for a fan. Maintenance did fix it the next day, but it broke again before the evening was out. Not a hotel we’d return to."

"Lovely location away from the crowds but not so far from Rialto etc. Good quality hotel. Very clean!! Cleaner than many other 5 star hotels I've experienced. Some great food places nearby by the canalside too. Especially the restaurant Very Good. With another travel companion, I would have liked to have tried the hotel restaurant. Would certainly stay here again if staying in Carneggio."

Opening the windows to see the canal was a relaxing experience, specially in the morning when is only the neighbors walking the dogs and the streets are empty. There is a convenient restaurant in front with a romantic view for a dining in the quiet Canal. There is partner hotel 2 doors from the Arlecchino , and having the option of an American breakfast with eggs in the morning was great after traveling days and missing some eggs at breakfast.. "Great location, beautiful rooms and helpful staff. Everything was as it should. The only "negative" is that there is no fitness center on site. You have to walk about 15 minutes over to the Sheraton and use theirs. But, I did and that was fine. I would highly recommend the property."

"This apartment was off the beaten path just around the corner from a small canal. We were on the 3rd floor, there’s no elevator, so that was a hike. View from the room to see the canal we had to stick our head out of the window and look to the right. The staff was extremely welcoming, a surprise of snack was a welcomed surprise! We loved our stay here. Would recommend!"
