"Our stay was amazing! The staff was super helpful and accommodating. Not only did they offer to book restaurant reservations for us in the city at the last minute, they also called and took care of the water taxi for our arrival at the airport early the next morning. They had breakfast ready earlier than normal to accommodate us. The hotel itself is beautiful, centrally located with amazing views. The staff went above and beyond and we will be happy to return in the future."

"The hotel itself is nice although quite on the outside of Venice. You need to take a water bus to get into the city (takes ~40 minutes to St. Marks square). The check in lady was also super nice. The reason I am giving the hotel a bad review is that the air conditioning in our room was not working. Despite repeated attempts by the front desk to fix this at night, nothing worked and it ended up reaching nearly 80 degrees F inside overnight, all night, making it hard to sleep. The solution offered...

"Excellent location for getting on, off and around the islands….close to ALL modes of transportation. The staff were EXCELLENT. The European split king mattress is aweful! Plenty of USB ports and power. Room lighting is awkward but the bathroom night light is good. Breakfast is confusing but if you are hungry get the “full breakfast” and order whatever you want…. Once you figure out what they have, it’s very good. The TVs are a little dated but bring a HDMI and you can tap into the screen...

"The hotel is a former Palazzo. Everything about it is impeccable. The staff knows you by name. The food is excellent. The location is perfect, far enough away from the crowds but close enough that everything is within walking distance would definitely stay there again when I go back to (Venice)"

"Excelente ubicación al lado del inicio de gran canal, muy cerca de la estación de tren Venezia Sta. Lucia a 7 minutos caminando, lo cual es muy conveniente si llegas o sales en tren. O si llegas por aeropuerto, tomas el vapporeto y te deja en la parada de Guglie a solo unos pasos del hotel. El check in fue rápido y personal muy amable. La habitación es pequeña, pero muy funcional, muy limpia, con closet amplio, caja de seguridad y todas las amenidades, el baño es muy cómodo. Muy cerca de muchos...
