"We loved the room and the view of the canal. Very nice and clean. The front desk staff were excellent. We bought a bottle of wine at the Coop grocery store and had no opener. They had someone bring it from there sister hotel right up to our room. We are not breakfast eaters, but they told us the hotel next door had the restaurant. Perfect location as it is not far from the train station, bus station, and water bus station. Restaurants near by are OK, but I would venture out further for better...

"Fabulous hotel! It’s a very convenient 5 minute walk from the main square and easy to find. Lots of steps so not suitable for everyone but we loved it. Rooms were very comfortable and breakfast good although you have to book a slot as there are only about 5 tables. My only criticism was there was no bar to speak of. You could request a drink from reception but the choice was very limited. Staff were excellent. Very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Venice."
