"What a wonderful surprise this hotel was! I chose it because of its location to the train station and the bus station - we were there just 1 night before our flight home. The rooms have recently been updated and it was lovely! The bed was comfy and the bathroom roomy and the best shower we had in our 2 week trip. Plus we had a canal view! "Bedding is exceptionally comfortable. Staff is responsive and helpful via WhatsApp. But there is not a single full body mirror in the apartment which is very inconvenient. I expect a full body mirror in each bedroom or at least at the apartment entrance."

"Staff was great. We had to be moved since we originally did not get the room we reserved. The room was tiny. You could just walk around the beds. The shower was tiny, barely able to turn around. The website said it it had an elevator, it did not. Renovation was underway way that left an adhesive smell in the air. Location near the rail terminal was convenient with great restaurants and shopping near by."

"This is a perfect hotel for anyone traveling to and from Venice by train. It is a 2 min walk from St.Lucia and you don’t have to cross any bridges, which is a huge benefit! The air conditioning was immaculate and the staff were very friendly. It felt very luxurious. Would highly recommend!"
