"Mooi hotel. Ondanks dat het behoorlijk groot is, vonden wij het wel ook heel gezellig. De plek is fantastisch! Wij hadden geen uitzicht op the tower bridge, maar wij keken uit op een hele gezellige jachthaven, wat heerlijk rustig was. We hoorden niks. Personeel zeer vriendelijk!"

"Our stay at Royal Horseguards London was magnificent. The hotel is located at a prime spot, counting to one of the landmarks at the river Thames. The hotel staff are very helpful, friendly and courteous. A special recommendation is the beautiful hotel terrace with great food and delicious drinks. We look forward to staying there again on our next visit to London. "

"Sehr schönes Hotel direkt an der UBahn-Station Tower Hill. Sehr schöne Rooftop-Bar mit Blick auf den Tower. Sehr gutes Frühstück vom Buffett . Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Tower-Blick gebucht. Die Aussicht war atemberaubend. Es gibt aber auch Zimmer mit Blick in den „Innenhof“. In diese Zimmer kann jeder von vor den Aufzügen aus hinein schauen. Das ist weniger schön und hätte mir nicht gefallen."

For some reason I thought I purchased a view bit to my surprise I didn’t there were other apartments in view which was on as I didn’t stay in my hotel only for sleeping.the hotel is close to the bus station but the metro tube is not close but doable with large suitcase (use the lift/elevator) to transport. "Great location but no AC during a heat wave- unbearably chit in the 7th floor even with windows open and fan on high for 18 hours nonstop - almost impossible to sleep except in short bursts - the lobby bar WAS airconditioned but the staff closed the bar would not make mixed drinks and demanded cash payment fir beer wine or sift drinks at 11:15 on a Saturday night when there were still 35+ hotel guests there. "Hotel is well located and easy to find. Safe area. Room was comfortable, tidy and very clean. Staff was very friendly and polite. I only had two issues with my stay: -There’s room for improvement when it comes to breakfast, a few more dishes wouldn’t hurt. -They lack a few amenities (toiletries to be specific). My room didn’t have any other than hand soap and shampoo. A few extra things like hand cream would be nice. Overall great place to stay :) "

"The staff are some of the nicest people! Every person from reception, to the folks working the breakfast room to the people cleaning our rooms everyone was so kind and helpful.
