"Great location with near access to Baker St Tube Station. Compact but fine for 1 to 2 people when spending time out and about. Had lots of amenities in the kitchenette and there was some basic cleaning items like washing up liquid, couple of washing capsules, kitchen towel etc and some complementary tea/coffee items. "The room was not much bigger than a shoebox. For two people with two suitcases space was in adequate. No reception, which I didn’t find out till I arrived at the hotel.. probably my fault for not reading the ad but still inconvenient. For the four days we were there never once was the coffee replenished.. it was clean and the location was fairly convenient"

"This is a very clean and comfortable place to stay. We had the apartment with 2 adults and 2 teens. We were not in the room often so it worked. Small kitchen and table for 4. It is about 8 minute walk to Earls Court tube and near the station was a market and several restaurants. Would highly recommend"

"Good customer service (I had to extend my stay but change rooms, the cleaning staff moved by baggage between rooms for free). Overall clean and well maintained. The only warning I have is that the heat build up is pretty bad in the rooms and there is no air conditioning, just windows that you can open and a fan provided. I would recommend it for the cooler months but avoid it come mid June through September."
