"We really enjoyed this property but the check in process was very clunky and opaque, difficult to figure out how to contact the host. The integration between them and expedia is not good, messages were repeated, missed and late in arriving. We talked to another guest at the property who had the same experience so... it's a thing... but once inside with codes and keys, we really enjoyed it and have no complaints. "

"Our family of four (2 year old; 8 year old) drove 2.5 hours one way to get there and when i got there they told me that they were closed! I then drove 2.5 hours back home. Very dosapointed that they did not have the reservation through expedia. I understand that it was during the province was re-opening for Covid19, but why was the property advertising through expedia? "We had a lovely time at the Omega cabin (wolf lodge). The wolves do come up to the window but usually the younger ones did. The older ones didn’t come so close. We didn’t get to walk along the perimeter of the compound to watch the feeding and since we didn’t know what time the feeding was at, we missed it. Our room A/C controller was out of battery so we tried to call reception but didn’t get through. We had to go to the reception physically and they were very helpful. However, using it was...
