"I had clean bedding/ towel and somewhere to park. The housekeeper who greeted me was friendly and couteous. So far so good. However, the rooms are in a converted pub (but the pub isn't open) and to call it a 'hotel', I think, is stretching the definition. I would say it's more like an HMO/hostel. There was unfinished laminate flooring in the corridors which was noisy when people were walking past, the kettle had to be put on the floor to reach the plug socket and the shower tray was damaged and...

"Other than having a fire alarm go off at one in the morning and we had to evacuate the building. And we didn’t know about the triathlon on Sunday, 10 August they need to notify the people staying there at least days in advance, if not weeks. We should’ve got compensated for fire that we didn’t see."

"Great property. Stayed there years ago when it was The Ace and it may be even better as One Hundred. I didn’t realise breakfast was included in my booking which was a nice surprise — but tbh the hotel restaurant (which I guess functions as a standalone, too?) wasn’t very good. That said, the hotel bar and coffee shop were great. Overall, absolutely loved it and would come back — but I’ll have breakfast somewhere else. "

"I booked this hotel last minute after leaving a poorly kept hotel and what a turnaround! This hotel is everything you need, want and more. Clean, fresh, it’s like a fun hostel only classy and clean. They have thought of everything, super eco friendly and gorgeous rooms and common areas. Breakfast was delicious and staff as SO friendly and helpful. Would rate higher if I could! "

"Fantastiskt läge som turist i London. Väldigt trevlig personal, god frukost och rent och snyggt! Sköna sängar och kuddar. Rummet vi bodde på var väldigt litet men det var vi medvetna om och spenderade inte så mycket mer tid än att sova på rummet så det gick alldeles utmärkt! "

"Our family enjoyed our stay. For future travel, I am thinking of not using Expedia. In the days leading up to our arrival I was receiving text message from Expedia asking me to reply to "important" messages from the hotel. The messages were offers to add amenities. If I book directly with the hotel I can avoid these nonsense text messages."

"Love staying at the Clermont Victoria whenever we’re in London. It is such a beautiful building with a wonderful history. Located conveniently at Victoria Station, all of London, and the UK itself, are just a few feet away. The entire staff makes you feel welcome.
