"Room was smaller than expected but creatively decorated. Too many decorative pillows for the size of the room with little storage to get them out of way. On site parking very convenient Train station very handy to get to other areas of London. Lovely safe area with shops nearby"

The communal hallways could do with a little maintenance, but the rooms are lovely and by FAR exceeded expectations of 3 star accommodation. Parking is also free which is hard to come by! Would certainly recommend and stay again :)"

"We stayed here for our daughter’s weeding on the hottest 2 nights of the year. The room was like an oven with 1 small fan and 2 small bottles of water (500ml). Totally inadequate for the weather being 32degress. There was no fridge, no air conditioning and no slippers or dressing gowns. Breakfast was extremely expensive at £34 per person per day. "Der Komfort der Zimmer ist einfach doch nützlich. Kofferbock und Garderobe mit Kleiderhaken machen es leicht Bekleidung aufzubewahren. Alle Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und bemüht. Der Koch ist hervorragend, die Küche alleine mit der guten Auswahl an nationalen und internationalen Biersorten die Wahl des Standorts wert. "We spent 3 nights at the Hilton Syon Park. It's a nice hotel and the hotel staff is quite helpful. We did not use any amenities except for the bar and breakfast. The outside sitting area is very nice. Walks into town are fairly short and there are plenty of places to eat in town. The main issue we had is that one of the bar staff was very unpleasant and difficult to deal with and made using the bar uncomfortable. On the other hand, the blond woman who works in the bar is wonderful and treated us...

"Have previously stayed at the Harbour Hotel Christchurch and have always hada lovely time. This time we did a short one night stopover at the Richmond property having visited Kew Garden fo our wedding anniversary. Hotel staff were delightful even presnting us with a small cake in hono of our anniversary. My wife loved the spa and the whole experience was super."

"Great location for Twickenham Stadium. Car parking was a bonus, especially for the rugby match day. As my wife Fiona's birthday were given complimentary breakfast and couple of drinks vouchers which were much appreciated. Thank you. First time staying here, and will defintely stay again."

Eggs were cold, sausage didn't taste of anything and bacon looked like it had been boiled rather than fried."
