"This was the perfect respite from the heat wave! The room was so comfortable and cool. I used all the extras too: made tea, ironed my clothes, blew dry my hair. The breakfast was outstanding - an incredible spread and beautifully presented, always full and appetizing. The water jugs on the counter actually had CoLD water in them, not room temp (ie too warm) like everywhere else. The staff all were super friendly and accommodating. Easy access to Heathrow was a bonus. Five stars all around!"

"ロンドン市内から少し離れてますが、エリザベスラインが停車する駅なので、空港からのアクセスおよび市内へのアクセスが便利。
部屋のシャワー設備もトイレ側にお湯が漏れることないし、排水も良かったので快適に過ごせました。
スタッフさんの対応も良かったです。
難点は部屋の照明が少し暗かったです。まぁこれはホテルだからしょうがないか…。
全体的にはいいホテルです。またロンドンに滞在する時は使いたいです。
あとワインのサービスがありましたが、飲めないので受けとりませんでした。"

"The hotel carpets were water‑stained and grim, the air‑conditioning was dead on arrival, and the “solution” offered was a fan so weak it couldn’t cool a hamster. The curtains didn’t close, so I spent the entire night lit up like a shop window.
Yes, the location is great, Sainsbury’s next door, but the mythical “free parking” might as well be listed under folklore. Unicorns are more common.
Communication was a shambles from start to finish, and the manager and staff seemed genuinely unaware of...

"The location was excellent, quiet and room was big & clean. There were many restaurants within walking distance, which made the location even more convenient The breakfast was good. The staff were very friendly and helpful. My only complaints were that the room was a bit warm even though the air conditioning was on, and the shower was open with no door or enclosure, so water easily splashed onto the bathroom floor, which was a bit inconvenient

"Great location in between the two for Kew gardens and Wembley in the same weekend. Locaged right next to morrisons and the market so perfect for a breakfast before heading out and plenty of street parming available nearby. Front desk staff were very helpful, we checked in on arrival at 12.15pm so very early and were given a nice spacious room on floor 3.
Beds were comfy but only had 1 pillow each and bedding very thin but perfect for the hot weather while we stayed. Air con didnt work but a fan...
