I am on my own & Staff is extremely helpful: Staff provided me with packing extras (securing my suitcase), transportation information & guidance, and extremely polite and friendly. "Asked for water and was told I had to travel up the elevator to get it but did not have keys yes so elevator would not work- no water . Very strangely strict where the customer is always wrong and the hotels rules are right even though circumstances change such as needing water before being able to check in and get keys. "The hotel was a fantastic stay for our family of six. We were traveling with four teenage boys and ourselves. If you have the option to purchase the buffet breakfast, absolutely do it! The food was amazing and the staff were incredible. The rooms were meticulously cleaned, and the property was outstanding! The location was off the beaten path, but right by the train station which allowed easy access to all the areas of Tokyo. The standard rooms are on the smaller side but manageable."

"We had a nice stay at Tokyu Stay Nishi Shinjuku Tokyo last month. The hotel is very clean and offered nice amenities such as in room washer/dryer and free beverages. The only downside was room was very small so it made it hard to manage larger luggage as well as getting in and out of bed. The hotel was also about a 10 minute walk from most transportation as well as the main sections of Shinjuku so it was a bit of trek everytime we wanted to go anywhere. "Stayed 3 nights in a room for 3 adults. Rooms are small just like most hotels in Tokyo. Refrigerator in room. Staff is polite and helpful. Hotel is conveniently located next to restaurant’s & entertainment. There is only 4 washers/dryers so doing laundry is a bit of a barrier since hard to find available washers, however staff is helpful to remove close that is just left sitting for long periods of time."

"It was SO noisy. The room was nice, very clean, and well stocked. The staff was also amazing. The rooms are mostly sound-proof when it comes to hearing the other rooms, however, the windows let in so much noise. The train constantly woke us up and sirens sound like they are in the room (we were on the top floor too). We moved to a new room and it helped a little, but if your room has windows facing the train station, it is extremely noisy. I don't understand why they didn't install thicker...
