"Expect to bring / buy kitchen supplies like paper towels, hand towels, tea, coffee, sugar....the kitchen fans don't work and there's no kitchen garbage bin. Only two very small bins for the entire unit including the washroom. I had to buy plastic bags. The washer and dryer are not inside the unit. Very basic room."

"It is very convenient to the terminal and lots of restaurants variety. Hotel is efficient and staff was helpful if you need any. Hotel springs was another great option to relax for a few hours before the long flight. Will come back again if in Haneda. Thank you !!"

"Spent 3 nights at The Knot Tokyo. Despite looking quite premium, the hotel feels like a 3* in terms of amenities and some elements of the room look very tired (e.g., bathroom). Rooms were incredibly cramped (not unusual for Tokyo), but the bathroom set-up is especially tiny and uncomfortable - more akin to a train / cruise ship bathroom!

"The room was too small, staff wasn’t too helpful when trying to get directions. The entrance to the hotel was not in front entrance had to go up a floor to check in very confusing. What was helpful was having bus stop right in front of hotel and train and subway stations walking distance"

"Long, slow line at check in. The associate said I had lounge access and handed me a wooden lounge “key.” The outside part of the lounge around the Godzilla head was closed my entire stay. There is no door to the open part of the lounge which is basically a fenced off part of the lobby. I showed my “key” to the man at the lounge door who sat me. A waitress brought me a menu with drink prices 3-4X the many places around the hotel. I left and thought what a giant waste of money lounge access...

"There are so many things I can rave about when it comes to this hotel. The staff were so kind and made it so easy to do anything at this hotel. Breakfast was delicious and had a lot of options and everything was marked for allergens or food preferences. Everything was super clean and well maintained. It was a very comfortable place to stay. "We had a nice stay at Tokyu Stay Nishi Shinjuku Tokyo last month. The hotel is very clean and offered nice amenities such as in room washer/dryer and free beverages. The only downside was room was very small so it made it hard to manage larger luggage as well as getting in and out of bed. The hotel was also about a 10 minute walk from most transportation as well as the main sections of Shinjuku so it was a bit of trek everytime we wanted to go anywhere. "Our eight night stay was great! The room was clean and very accommodating. The two double beds provided plenty of room for two and were comfortable! Lots of windows with great views. Really important- the HVAC kept the room nice and cool during a balmy week in July! The staff was amazing! The hotel is centrally located with anything you’d need within a 2 minutes walk; Tully’s, Lawson, 7/11, Grocer, McD’s, and great food of all tastes with dine in and takeaway choices, shopping, and Nightlife...

"APA hotel was excellent. Fabulous check-in, quick and easy. Excellent location. Rooms were great, bathrooms small but well equipped. Very well organised for fresh towels etc. The hotel is quiet, did not hear any other guests. Would not hesitate to stay here again as it was so clean and we always felt safe in the busy here of Tokyo. We were a family of z4 staying in two rooms."
