"I stayed for 10 days and I had no problems at all. I got locked out of my room twice due to forgetting my card before closing the door, but I was able to communicate with the staff that I locked myself out with no problems. The restaurant on site was really delicious and inexpensive, I ate the karrage bowls multiple times while I was there. The entrance is a little weird having to go up and down some stairs before arriving to the entrance, but it wasn't ever a problem. The lobby is really small...
