Escultura de la Dama Ibèrica

Unfortunately, our stay was extremely disappointing. We were accommodated in a room directly opposite the building entrance, despite the fact that the hotel knew we were travelling as a family with two young children. The noise was unbearable, practically 24 hours a day, making it extremely difficult to rest or sleep. On top of that, the bright illuminated KFC advertising sign directly outside the room was shining into the room throughout the night, making it very difficult to sleep even with the curtains closed. Another major disappointment was the housekeeping service. We stayed for 5 nights and our room was not cleaned even once during our entire stay. Overall, this was a very unpleasant experience. Poor room allocation, constant noise, excessive light at night and a complete lack of cleaning made our family stay extremely uncomfortable. I would not recommend this accommodation, especially to families with children.

A long way out but there is a good metro system
