I spent $199 euros for one night for this hotel which was more like a 3 star hotel. Here is a list of what was wrong with the room and the manager did not feel I should get a partial refund. I was exhausted when I arrived so I didn’t want to have to change rooms or have maintenance people working.
1. The air-conditioning was not working properly.
2. There’s no refrigerator.
3. There is only one electrical outlet by the bed.
4. The closet is very small and doesn’t have any shelves to put clothes on.
5. There is no hot water kettle for tea or coffee.
6. The bottom of the couch is shredded.
7. There are three poorly patched spots on the bathroom floor.
