"Check in was very easy, greated by David who gave us a map and some suggestions of places to visit and eat. We didn't eat at the recommended places but found some fantastic eateries such as Ristorante La Feluca and Ristorante Da Raffaele. Seafood and Steaks to die for, and never had better Tiramasu. The hotel is situated 1 minute walk from the Boat stop of San Samuele on the Number 2 Route and is only 5 minutes walk from Sant Angelo which is on the Orange route to and from the airport. "The staff are amazing and kindly held our baggage so we could explore Venice. When our room was ready they even delivered our bags to the room. We had an early morning departure and the staff were nice enough to have some breakfast options ready for us before our departure time. "

"Excellent location. Our room was ok, the water pump in the utility room below us went off every 5 mins (sounded like a city bus trying to hear up, then stop again). Didn’t make for a good sleep for the 4 nights we were there but the room was clean and the staff was excellent. I would not recommend staying in room 22. "

Ademas el dia que salimos, como lo hicimos antes de la hora de apertura del desayunador, muy amablemente nos dejaron en la habitacion, debidamente servido, un desayuno delicioso."

"Very clean room with big windows to get fresh air looking at the channel… everything smells so good and clean; breakfast was great and abundant. Front desk people were very friendly, helpful and speaks clear English. Shower pressure water was great and everything is walking distances in a magic area! Walking through the narrow and charming streets and bridges from this charming well maintained hotel was magic. Carry the map paper they will provide you in case your google maps doesn’t work...

"Everything was excellent. I would add perfect. The surrounding were great; marina, beach, bike paths, easy to walk to the old town. The pool is magnificient with great view on the marina. The cuisine is excellent."

"Excellent hotel apartment, beautiful! View to the canal. Clean, great service from Marco. The hotel has AC which is great in the summer. Unfortunately there is no laundry in the apartment. It has kitchen and a beautiful and spacious bathroom. Very safe. "
