"Beautifully designed room.Warm, cozy and elegant common areas. Located in a residential neighborhood close to the subway and within walking distance to shops, museums, cafes and restaurants. Staff were great and welcoming. Perfect!"

"This is a lovely hotel in an amazing location. The staff are all super friendly and helpful and go out of their way to make you feel at home and looked after. Only caveats are that the rooms are small and that it being a gorgeous old building, it doesn't have a lift/elevator, so if you have heavy luggage or issues with stairs, ask for ground floor rooms."

"The room was very modern and clean. It was perfect for our requirements. Our only issue was the fact that we got our check in instructions when we were waiting outside out the premises after having to contact customer service. Perhaps emailing the info out earlier in the day would be better. "

"Had a lovely stay at Cheval Knightsbridge. Fabulous location, wonderful cleaning staff and front desk. Great location. Close to public transportation and many of the local museums. Highly recommend staying here with kids!"

"Loved this property and the decor. Staff were friendly and helpful. The only thing I would change is the beds, they look beautiful but the mattress hard and pillows weren’t very supportive. Despite this I would stay again (just might bring my own pillow haha)"
