The bed was super comfy, big enough to stretch out in, and came with plenty of extra pillows — perfect after a day of exploring. Amenities were pretty basic, but everything I needed was there, and the toilet was spotless.
The location is excellent — just a short walk to the tube and bus stops, which made getting to major areas really convenient....

"I had the bad idea to left my wheelchair at home, I just took my walker with me (bad idea). I was exhausted when I arrived at the hotel, they were absolutely kind and helpful.
I knew there was a lift, but I didn't know there is something to help people who need assistance to overcome the entrance.
Once I arrived upstairs I was breathless, and they were absolutely fantastic. They couldn't help me because they were busy with other customers, and they didn't see me until it was too late.
The customer service is 10 out of 10.
The decoration of the whole hotel is new
Our room was small, anyway the space was enough, my mother missed a table where charge her phone, but everything was ok.
