Top locatie!

Het appartement bevindt zich op de eerste etage en beschikt over een lift. Het is entree is netjes. Het appartement oogt op de foto’s groot maar is het niet. Het is voldoende groot. Alle ruimtes waren voorzien van airco. De keuken viel tegen. Het is voorzien van alle gemakken maar is klein en gesloten. Je kunt max met 2 personen in de keuken staan. Er is geen raam waardoor ik me gesloten voelde. Tijdens het koken nam de temperatuur aardig toe. Dit hebben we opgelost het raam in de wasruimte open te zetten waardoor er lucht, vraag me niet waar vandaan, de keuken in kwam. Dit maakt het koken fijner. Wat ik in de keuken miste was ruimte voor boodschappen. In de wasruimte miste ik een wasmand. Ik heb een goedekope gekocht samen met een 2 teilen en daar achtergelaten. De wasrek mag echt vervangen worden. Door de harde wind viel hij steeds om. Dit hebben we opgelost door het met spanbanden vast te zetten. Je kon vanaf de achterkant meteen de garage inrijden. Het inrijden met een suv was een hel. De oprit is heel scherp en loopt schuin in een bocht en je moet echt met zn tweeën parkeren. De grond van de oprit is kiezelcement en scherp, helaas niet goed voor de banden. De garage is heel stoffig. De auto heb ik voor vertrek moeten wassen bij de wasstraat vlakbij de BP. Ondanks alles zou ik terugkomen. Ik hoop dat bovenstaande dan is oplost.

wundervolle Zeit

Unser Aufenthalt in der Wohnung und in der Umgebung war super, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und groß genug für 6 Personen. Es war alles vorhanden was man braucht auch Waschmaschine. Ganz toll fanden wir ,das schon alles für uns vorbereitet war von Toipapier bis Waschtaps war alles vorhanden. Die Umgebung ist sehr zentral, der Strand, Supermarkt und auch das Zentrum ist alles sehr nah. Vielen Dank an den Gastgeber, wir kommen wieder. Liebe Grüße Timo und Julia

Schöne Wohnung

Wir waren im Juli 2024 für 2 Wochen in der Wohnung. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Kontakt war sehr nett. In der Wohnung war alles vorhanden, was man für den Anfang braucht: Handtücher, Kaffeekapseln, Toilettenpapier ect. Wir haben die Erfahrung gemacht, daß dies nicht immer selbstverständlich ist. Die Garageneinfahrt ist relativ klein, aber gut zu händeln. Das Parken ist im Ort recht schwierig, von daher waren wir froh, dort einen sicheren Unterstellplatz zu haben. Wir können die Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Volle 5 Sterne.

Our stay summer 2022

Excellent and personal welcoming by the host! They provided in person the necessary info regarding the apartment and it’s surrounding and also some brochures of platja d’aro. During our stay we could contact them for questions. The apartment was clean, nice bathroom, kitchen and bedrooms but relatively small. Nice and good sized balcony with a partial sea view. You have to take into account some noise from the neighbors and the street, but very well located close to the beach, supermarkets and the centre of platja d’aro. Not easy to park the car in the garage, but plenty of space for storage of bikes, etc. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this apartment.

Súper vavances

Super emplacement , á 60 m de la plage et d’un super marché. La terrasse très agréable avec la vue. Génial le parking car il est très compliqué de se garer. Il est possible de tout faire à pied.

Tolle Wohnung in zentraler Lage

Sehr schöne Wohnung in der es an nichts fehlt. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche die allerdings sehr klein ist. Absolut zentral, Strand ein Katzensprung und auch das Zentrum sehr nah, ein Spar Supermarkt direkt vorne dran. Sehr nette Vermietung die uns bei der Ankunft alles auf Englisch erklärt haben und bei Fragen auch zur Verfügung standen. Wer allerdings einen ruhigen Urlaub sucht ist hier falsch, es war doch sehr laut, auch in der Nacht durch Jugendliche die feiern waren. Am Morgen dann die Anlieferung im Spar sehr früh. Alles in allem sehr schöne Wohnung mit nettem Vermieter, aber sehr laut.
